Community Guidelines

Code of Conduct and moderation principles for the CricFlow community.

Last Updated: Jul 5, 2026

1. Respect & Sportsmanship

Cricket is a sport of spirit, integrity, and respect. We expect all our users — including players, team managers, organizers, scorers, and fans — to treat others with respect.

Harassment, personal insults, abuse, hate speech, or bullying of any community member is strictly prohibited across all commentary, chats, and creator posts.

2. Restricted Behaviors

To maintain a clean and reliable platform, the following behaviors are not permitted:

  • Fraudulent Data: Deliberately entering false match scores, commentary, or team lineups to manipulate player averages or tournament results.
  • Spam & Self-Promotion: Repetitive post spamming, sharing malware links, or advertising non-sports services in creator posts.
  • Nudity & Violence: Uploading sexually explicit content or graphic violence in match gallery photos or profiles.
  • Impersonation: Creating accounts claiming to represent professional cricket players, organizations, or match officials without authorization.

3. User Controls & Moderation

To protect our users, CricFlow has integrated reporting and blocking tools:

  • Report Content: Users can flag any inappropriate post or commentary using the in-app "Report" action.
  • Report/Block Users: Abusive players or messengers can be blocked. Blocked users cannot message you or see your direct posts.

Our team moderates reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate actions, including content removal, warning, or permanent account suspensions.
