Account Deletion
Erase your CricFlow profile, credentials, and tournament histories.
This Action is Permanent
Erasing your account completely deletes your profile, credentials, team memberships, commentary entries, posts, and match configurations. Deleted information cannot be recovered.
Option 1: Delete Instantly In-App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly inside the CricFlow mobile application:
- Open the CricFlow application.
- Go to your Profile Tab.
- Select the Privacy & Security options row.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Verify the consequences and tap Delete My Account.
* Deleting inside the app triggers an immediate database cascade that erases your details in real-time.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Web/Email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can submit a manual deletion request:
Email Deletion Request
Send an email to cricflowapp1@gmail.com containing:
- Subject: CricFlow Account Deletion Request
- Your registered full name
- Your registered email address and/or verified phone number (e.g. +91...)
Our compliance team will verify your ownership and process the deletion request within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
3. Data Retained & Purged
Upon executing account deletion:
- All personal identifiers (name, email, phone, password hashes, and device notification tokens) are purged immediately.
- All player statistics and social posts are deleted.
- General match records or tournaments created by you are removed.
