1. Free Service Model
CricFlow is currently a free-to-use application and platform. We do not charge subscription fees, in-app purchases, or transaction percentages for creating matches, managing teams, scoring, live streaming, or organizing player auctions.
We do not collect credit card details or bank logins from players or organizers for these platform capabilities.
2. External Tournament Fees
Tournament organizers might independently collect team registration or entry fees to fund local leagues. Please be aware that CricFlow does not handle, intermediate, or collect these financial transactions.
Any financial concerns, refund claims, or cancellation disputes regarding entry fees must be negotiated directly with the respective tournament organizers. CricFlow assumes no liability for external payments between tournament organizers and teams/players.
3. Future Premium Services
Should CricFlow introduce paid subscription models or premium upgrades in the future, we will update this document with clear billing cycles, cancellation terms, and a defined refund window (e.g. 7-day refund window) before billing any user.
