Broadcast troubleshooting
Fixes for blank overlays, stale scores and dropped streams.
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| The overlay is blank in OBS | Check the Browser Source is 1920 × 1080 and above your camera in the source list. Right-click it and choose Refresh. |
| The overlay shows an old score | Tick “Refresh browser when scene becomes active”, then switch scenes or refresh the source. |
| “Live Overlays are locked” | You need an Overlay Pass. |
| Graphics are the wrong size | The source must be exactly 1920 × 1080. Don't stretch it — use the font size scale in the control panel instead. |
| The stream keeps dropping | Lower the stream quality, move closer to the Wi-Fi, or use a mobile hotspot with a strong signal. Score updates are tiny and keep flowing even when video struggles. |
| YouTube says live streaming isn't enabled | Turn it on in YouTube Studio. The first time can take up to 24 hours. |
| A wicket card stayed on screen after an undo | It clears automatically when the ball is undone. If not, refresh the Browser Source. |
