What to include
- The link to the match, tournament or auction.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, especially of any error message.
- Whether you were on the website or the app, and which phone.
Auction or match day?
Message us on WhatsApp and start with URGENT so we can prioritise it.
Never send passwords
We will never ask for your password, a reset code or your stream key.
