Overview

How auctions work

The auction from start to finish, the people involved, and the screens they use.

A CricFlow auction works like the IPL auction. Players register, franchises get a budget, and players go under the hammer one at a time while franchises bid. When it ends, every franchise has a squad, and the squads flow straight into your tournament.

The auction from start to finish

  1. Set up the auction

Budgets, base prices, bid increments, squad limits and how players are presented. Set up an auction.

  2. Add franchises

Each franchise gets a Team ID and password for bidding. Franchise teams and logins.

  3. Build the player pool

Players register with a link (with an optional fee), or you add them yourself. Player registration.

  4. Run the auction

Put players up, take bids, and close each lot as Sold or Unsold. Run the live auction.

  5. Share the results

Download squad PDFs, sold-player cards and team banners. Exports and graphics.
