Franchise teams and logins
Add franchises and give each owner a Team ID and code to bid with.
Franchises are the teams that bid. Each one gets its own login so the owner can bid from their phone, without needing a CricFlow account.
Add franchises
In the auction workspace, add franchises from your tournament's teams, or create one on the spot with Add Team Franchise On-The-Fly. Give each one a short name and banner colour so it's easy to spot on the board.
Franchise logins
Every franchise gets a Team ID (for example tm180636) and a 5-digit password. Find them in the franchise logins panel:

| Copy this team's login | Copies the Team ID, password and portal link. |
| Send on WhatsApp | Opens WhatsApp with the login ready to send. |
| All franchise logins | Copies every team's login in one go. |
| Regenerate | Issues a new password. The old one stops working immediately. |
| Turn a login off | Blocks that franchise from bidding until you turn it back on. |
The panel also shows whether each login has been used yet.
Treat the password like a PIN
Anyone with a franchise's Team ID and password can bid with its budget. If a password is shared by mistake, regenerate it.
How safe is a franchise login?
- It can only place bids, only for that one team, only in that one auction.
- It can't open the dashboard or anything else on CricFlow.
- A login session lasts up to 12 hours, then the owner signs in again.
