Players

Manage the player pool

Add players by hand, assign sets and numbers, and prepare photo cut-outs.

The Player Pool is everyone who can be auctioned. Players get there by registering, or you add them.

Add a player yourself

Use Add Player to Auction Pool to add someone who didn't register: enter their details and crop their photo.

Player numbers

Every player gets a number (Player No.). It is shown on the board and overlays, used by the Sequence mode, and typed by the auctioneer in Call the Number mode.

Sets

Use Player Sets to group players, such as Marquee, Set A and Set B. Select players and assign them to a set. Sets drive the Set-wise mode and help franchises plan.

Nominations

Franchises can nominate the players they are interested in. Use the Nominated Only filter to see them — useful for deciding who goes up in Call the Number mode.

Prepare auction images

Use Prepare Auction Images before the event. CricFlow removes the background from each player's photo to make a clean cut-out for the board, overlays and sold cards. Progress shows live, and you can retry any photo that fails.

Tip

Prepare images the day before. It can take a while for a large pool, and it runs best before the auction starts.

Remove a player

Remove a player from the pool from their entry. You can add them back later.
