Set up

Set up an auction

The six-step setup wizard, field by field.

Open Dashboard›Auctions and start a new auction. The setup wizard has six steps, and you can change almost everything later from the auction's settings.

Step 1 — Tournament profile and season

Pick an existing tournament, or create one here. The auction belongs to this tournament.

FieldWhat to enter
Tournament nameFor example “CricFlow Champions League”.
Season nameFor example “Season 2 (2026)”. Second-season auctions can use RTM.
Location and regionWhere the tournament is played.
Ball type, match format, category, format, default oversThe tournament's cricket settings.
Logo and bannerShown on the board, overlays and exports.

Step 2 — Date, time and venue

The auction venue (a hall, or “Online”), the scheduled date and time, and the auction's logo and banner.

It won't start on its own

The scheduled time is for your players and franchises. The auction only goes live when you start it, so you can wait until everyone is ready.

Step 3 — Auctioneer and staff

The auctioneer's name, contact details and a short bio, plus co-admins — people who can help run the auction. Search for them by name or phone.

Choose the look of the auction graphics: a theme preset (such as Classic Broadcast, IPL Gold & Blue or CricFlow Pro Auction), your colours, which widgets to show and the animations.

Step 6 — Final review

Check everything and create the auction. Next, add franchises and open registration.
