Share a registration link and collect player details and photos.
Players join the auction pool by filling in a registration form. Share one link; every player who registers appears in your pool.
Share the registration link
The workspace's Shareable Portals section has the public registration link (cricflow.in/join/auction/…). Send it on WhatsApp or put it on a poster.
What players fill in
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Profile photo | A selfie or headshot. Required — it is used on the board, overlays and sold cards. |
| Name and contact | Name and mobile number. |
| Playing role | For example Batsman, Bowler, All Rounder or WK-Batsman, and a more specific role such as Opening Batsman or Finisher. |
| Batting style | Right- or left-handed. |
| Bowling style | From Right-arm Fast to Left-arm Wrist-spin, or None. |
| Extra fields | Any custom fields you add to the form. |
| Registration fee | If you charge one. See Registration fees. |
Review registrations
New registrations appear in the pool. Paid registrations that need checking appear under Pending Player Payments & Approvals until you approve them.

Support contact
Add a Support Contact Name and Support Help Phone Number in the auction's public information so players know who to call if they get stuck.
