Auction day
Run the live auction
The control room: put players up, take bids, and close each lot.
The live control room is where the auctioneer runs the auction. Open your auction and go to its live view.
Before you start
- Check every franchise has its login and has signed in. See Franchise teams and logins.
- Put the big-screen board on the projector.
- Set up the auction overlay if you are streaming.
- Learn the keyboard shortcuts — they make a long auction much faster.
Start and pause
Start the auction when everyone is ready. Pause it any time, for a break or a problem; nothing is lost while it is paused.
Each lot
Put a player up
Draft the next player (D), or in Call the Number mode type the player's number. The player appears on every screen.
Take bids
Bids come from franchise phones, or the auctioneer enters bids called out in the room by clicking a team or pressing its number key. Each bid must reach the next increment.
Close the lot
SOLD (S) gives the player to the highest bidder. UNSOLD (N) passes them in. In a second-season auction, RTM (M) sells to the previous franchise.
