Auction Pass
What the Auction Pass unlocks, who needs one, and how to get it.
Anyone signed in can create an auction and save its setup for free. Everything after that — the auction workspace with teams, players, registrations and settings, and the live control room — needs an active Auction Pass.
Who needs a pass
The pass belongs to the auction, not to each person. Once the organiser has a pass, their co-admins and franchise owners can do their jobs in that auction without buying their own.
Types of pass

| Tournament pass | One tournament's auction. The usual choice for a single event. |
| User pass | Every auction a particular organiser runs. |
A pass can have an expiry date or none.
Plans
Plans are priced by how many franchises take part:

| Platinum | Up to 11 |
| Diamond | Up to 17 |
| Elite | Up to 30 |

Get a pass
Open your auction
A locked auction shows a Premium Feature screen. Your setup is saved and ready — nothing has been lost.
Request access
Send a request from that screen. If you have already asked, you'll see that your request is in the queue.
Get the email
You get an email the moment your pass is approved, and the auction unlocks.
Auction day soon?
Request your pass a few days ahead so you can test registration and the control room before the event. Need it urgently? Contact us.
