Admins and permissions
Who can do what, and how to add co-organisers to a tournament or match.
CricFlow checks permissions on every action. Being signed in is not enough to change something — you need the right role for that tournament, match or auction.
Who can do what
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Creator | Everything for the tournament, match or team they created, including deleting it. |
| Tournament admin | Manage the tournament: teams, fixtures and its matches. |
| Match admin | Score and manage one match. |
| Auction co-admin | Help run an auction. Set when you set up the auction. |
| Franchise owner | Bid for their own team only, with a Team ID and code. |
| Everyone else | View public pages, follow, and use their own teams and profile. |
Add a tournament admin
On the tournament page open Manage Administrators, search for the person by name or phone, and add them.
Add a match admin or second scorer
Open the match and add admins from its settings. Two people can score the same match safely — CricFlow processes their balls one at a time, so the same ball can never be recorded twice.
Share the load on long days
Add a second scorer so you can hand over between matches without sharing your login.
