Groups and fixtures
Split teams into groups and schedule the matches.
Once the teams are in, split them into groups if you need to, then schedule the matches.
Groups
Groups are managed in the app. Open the tournament and choose Manage Groups.
- Create a group with New Group (for example Group A).
- Move teams from Ungrouped teams into each group.
- Use Add another group for more.
Each group gets its own points table.
Schedule matches
On the website
On the tournament page choose Schedule Match, then pick Team A and Team B, the venue, the date and time, the format and the overs.
In the app
The app can schedule a round at a time. Choose the round type:
- Round robin (league matches) — every team in a group plays each other.
- Knock out — winners go through to the next round.
Add more rounds with Add new round as the tournament goes on.
Tip
Scheduled matches show on the tournament's Matches tab and on the public tournament page, so teams always know when they play.
