Add teams

There are two ways to get teams into a tournament. Most organisers use both.

Add teams yourself

On the tournament page choose Add Team, search for the team and add it. Use this for teams that already exist on CricFlow.

Let teams register with an invite link

1. Share the invite link

   Copy the tournament's team invite link and send it to team captains, for example on WhatsApp.

2. Captains register their team

   The captain opens the link, signs in and registers one of their teams — or creates it on the spot.

3. The team appears in your tournament

   Registered teams show up on the Teams tab, ready for groups and fixtures.

Teams picked by auction

If teams are built in a player auction, the franchises are set up in the auction itself. See Franchise teams and logins.

Remove a team

Remove a team from the Teams tab. Do this before fixtures are played — completed matches stay in the records.
